ORLANDO J. CICILIONI, JR, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Born in Pennsylvania, Dr. Cicilioni is the product of a Jesuit education. In 1988 he was graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Scranton, majoring in Biology. He was again graduated with honors in 1992 from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia.
Subsequently, Dr. Cicilioni moved to Gainesville, FL and completed both residencies in Surgery and Plastic Surgery at the University of Florida/Shands Hospital. In 1999 he came to Central Florida, initially practicing in the city of Winter Park, and later establishing Orlando Cosmetic Surgery in Maitland.
He practices at both Orlando Health and Florida Hospital. In 2006 he was named Chairman of the Dept. of Plastic Surgery for the Florida Hospital Seven Campuses. He continues in that position and also is a member of multiple quality control & governing committees at Florida Hospital.

Nancy Mimbs, PA-C
A Georgia native, Nancy received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Georgia at Athens and then went on to gain a Master of Medical Science degree from Mercer University in Atlanta. Nancy is certified and licensed in the State of Florida as a Physician Assistant (PA-C). She specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery and skin care. She has been through training on the Obagi Skin Care line as well as advanced techniques for use of Botox® and Injectable fillers.
Nancy is available for consultations on skin care, scar treatment, Botox®, Juvederm®, and injectable fillers. At the office she administers pre and postoperative care to our patients, evaluates patients for cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, and she performs minor office surgery and injections. At the hospital, Nancy assists Dr. Cicilioni in major surgery and with rounding on his patients.
Ashley Thomas, PA-C
Ashley received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida and then went on to gain a Master of Medical Science degree from Nova Southeastern University in Orlando Florida. Ashley is certified and licensed in the State of Florida as a Physician Assistant (PA-C). She specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery and skin care.
Ashley is available for consultations on skin care, scar treatment, Botox®, Juvederm®, and injectable fillers. At the office she administers pre and postoperative care to our patients, evaluates patients for cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, and she performs minor office surgery and injections.
